<div><p>The C&amp;B Partner will be responsible for driving and managing the <b>reward agenda</b> for designated business verticals of the Bank. Acting as the central point of contact for all compensation and benefits matters, the role will focus on aligning reward programs with business objectives, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with regulatory guidelines. The role will also play a key part in job evaluation, salary fitments, reward analytics, and performance-linked pay design to support talent attraction, retention, and motivation.</p>

<p><b>1. Reward Strategy &amp; Business Partnership</b></p>
<ul><li><p>Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to design and implement reward solutions aligned with business strategy.</p>
</li><li><p>Act as a trusted advisor on compensation and benefits matters for assigned business verticals.</p>
</li><li><p>Ensure reward practices drive employee performance, engagement, and retention.</p>
</li></ul><p><b>2. Compensation Management</b></p>
<ul><li><p>Manage annual compensation planning cycles including salary reviews, promotions, and bonus processes.</p>
</li><li><p>Conduct job evaluations using standard methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Hay) and ensure proper job leveling across functions.</p>
</li><li><p>Provide recommendations on salary fitments for new hires, role changes, and internal transfers.</p>
</li><li><p>Benchmark compensation structures against market practices and recommend competitive positioning.</p>
</li></ul><p><b>3. Performance-Linked Pay &amp; Incentive Design</b></p>
<ul><li><p>Support the design and implementation of performance-linked pay programs.</p>
</li><li><p>Partner with business leaders to structure incentive plans aligned with performance and regulatory requirements.</p>
</li><li><p>Monitor effectiveness of pay-for-performance frameworks and recommend improvements.</p>
</li></ul><p><b>4. Reward Analytics &amp; Insights</b></p>
<ul><li><p>Deliver data-driven insights through compensation analytics, dashboards, and reports for leadership decision-making.</p>
</li><li><p>Conduct internal equity analysis and ensure compliance with pay parity and regulatory guidelines.</p>
</li><li><p>Monitor reward cost implications and contribute to workforce budgeting exercises.</p>
</li></ul><p><b>5. Governance &amp; Compliance</b></p>
<ul><li><p>Ensure all compensation practices comply with internal governance standards and external regulatory requirements.</p>
</li><li><p>Support audits, compliance checks, and reporting requirements for compensation.</p>
</li><li><p>Maintain accurate documentation of job evaluations, pay decisions, and incentive structures.</p></li><br>
</ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience</b></p>
<ul><li><p>MBA/PGDM in HR, or equivalent professional qualification.</p>
</li><li><p>3&ndash;8 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on Compensation &amp; Benefits.</p>
</li><li><p>Prior experience in the <b>banking/financial services sector</b> or large multinational organizations preferred.</p>
</li><li><p>Strong understanding of job evaluation methodologies, compensation surveys, and market benchmarking.</p>
</li><li><p>Proficiency in HR systems, data analytics, and advanced Excel/Power BI skills.</p>

<div><p><b>Job Purpose</b></p>
<ul><li>This position is responsible for formulating an automation and innovation in C&amp;B. The growing influence of Automation of HR warrants a strategic approach to ensure that we deploy AI &amp; Analytics within the C&amp;B team managing 2lac+ workforce.
</li><li>The position must strategically drive the analytics using automation and using innovative and disruptive technologies.
</li><li>This needs high visibility to the emerging trends and technologies.</li>
<li>This will help to better leverage employee cost &amp; also collaborate with various functions within HR &amp; Finance to drive synergy.</li>
</ul><p>Job Responsibilities</p>
<p>Data check &amp; consolidation</p>
<div><ul><li>To consolidate all employee cost related items BU, SBU, Coco, location etc wise.</li></ul>
<ul><li>To analyze and create important data cuts &amp; further drive actionable with the concerned departments.</li></ul>
<ul><li>The role would involve high coordination with Finance, BIU, Operations, HR SBU//'s to arrange all relevant data cuts.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Periodic checks to ensure data fidelity.</li></ul>
</div><p>Preparation of analytics dashboards</p>
<div><ul><li>To prepare user friendly dashboards showing employee cost details for senior management.</li></ul>
<ul><li>To draw action plan basis this information points &amp; ensure end to end closure i.e to do complete project management around this</li></ul>
</div><p><b>Work on Agentic AI</b></p>
<div><ul><li>To work in collaboration with Marketing analytics &amp; design an Agentic AI Comp bot which can address queries around retention, Compa, correction.</li></ul>
</div><p>To design comp journey dashboard employee wise</p>
<div><ul><li>To design &amp; periodically update comp dashboard which shall entail comp journey of an employee along with their career milestones &amp; job role details.</li></ul>
</div><p>Internal processes and Coordination</p>
<div><ul><li>Understanding and analyzing talent acquisition offer &amp; do TA offer analytics which shall be fed as an input to TA team to take better &amp; informed decisions.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Cost monitoring and maintenance for overall portfolio</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordination with various internal stakeholders to ensure service and data delivery to the internal stakeholders in a timely manner</li></ul>
<ul><li>Responsible for housekeeping in terms of periodic internal data checks &amp; aid internal audit team for C&amp;B related activities</li></ul>
</div><p>Knowledge Building and Market Intelligence</p>
<div><ul><li>Remaining updated on market benchmarks &amp; also conceptualize automation around TA hiring ready reckoner.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Sharing of important information / updates with peers which may impact comp decisioning</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ongoing interaction with Competition and being aware of market practices and competition offerings &amp; benchmarks.</li></ul>

<div><ul><li>Good knowledge on various C&amp;B tools.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Good cost and analytical skills are essential</li></ul>
<ul><li>Should be adept in tools such as powerBI, coding , AI etc</li></ul>
