</div><div>The Therapist is responsible for obtaining assessments; conducting individual/group therapy on assigned cases; completing documentation per policy and procedure; case coordination; coordinating discharge planning; assisting in developing and maintaining community resource information; ensuring good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care; participating in continuing education activities.</div>
Qualifications:

Applicant must have a Masters degree from an accredited university in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology or related field.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
