Position Summary: Serve as first point of contact for all visitors coming into the main CCR&amp;R office.
Essential Functions<ul><li>
Perform administrative functions for the CCR&amp;R.</li><li>
Serve as notary for CCR&amp;R.
</li><li>Coordinate Motor Voter registration.</li><li>
Remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time.</li></ul>
Marginal Functions<ul><li>
Compile and submit reports within established timelines.
</li><li>Respond to any inquiries within a timely manner.</li><li>
Participate in all required committees, conferences, meetings and training relevant to the program and/or agency.
</li><li>Participate in ongoing monitoring and continuous improvement activities.</li><li>
Any other duties as assigned.
</li></ul>Skills, Abilities, &amp; Knowledge
<ul><li>Abide by all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, rules, regulations, and policies related to the program and relevant grants.</li></ul><ul><li>

</li></ul>Education<ul><li>
Required: Associate&rsquo;s degree from accredited college or university.</li></ul>
Experience<ul><li>
Required: One year of relevant experience.
</li></ul>Employment Conditions<ul><li>
Successfully clearing the background check process, which may include: criminal background check, education verification, references, drug testing, motor vehicle records, sex offender registry, Child Protective Services check, and federal grants debarred list.
</li><li>Able to travel as needed.
</li><li>Adhere to National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) Code of Ethics.
</li><li>Business casual apparel.</li></ul>
Environmental Conditions<ul><li>
Indoors in a normal office environment with little temperature changes at least fifty percent (50%) of the time.</li><li>
Prolonged sitting at a desk viewing a computer screen and keyboard typing.</li><li>
Frequent face-to-face, electronic, and virtual interactions with internal and external customers.
</li><li>Frequently work at a fast pace with unscheduled interruptions.</li><li>
Public contact position.</li><li>
Based on location, this position may be eligible to work remotely one day per week following a successful 90-day review.</li></ul>
Physical Demands<ul><li>
Mobility within the office including movement from floor to floor.</li><li>
Access information using a computer.</li><li>
Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.</li></ul>
