The Rivera Law Group is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic legal assistant. This is an entry-level position. Thus, prior experience in the legal field is not required. Customer service experience is preferred.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle communications with medical providers, insurance companies, etc.</li><li>Provide administrative support to the attorney and case manager</li><li>Answering, screening, and forwarding calls</li><li>Organizing and maintaining claim files</li><li>Case/client data entry</li><li>Performing clerical duties such as scanning, photocopying, and shredding</li></ul>Preferred skills:<ul><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Works well independently and in a collaborative environment</li><li>Detail-oriented and organized</li><li>Multi-tasking and time-management</li></ul>Compensation depends on experience.
