Manages heavy call volume, answering inquiries, taking messages and directing calls from residents to appropriate departments, as well as, managing cooperators complaints in person as necessary.</li><li>
Manages radio, phone or computer to dispatch crews, vehicles or other field units as applicable.</li><li>
Distributes work orders and supply requisitions via two-way radio, email, electronically, or in person.</li><li>
Maintains residential receivable accounts</li><li>
Monitors records of work orders distributed, amount of work orders and work in progress for supervisors.</li><li>
Monitors records, supply requisitions distributed, amount of work orders and work in progress for supervisors.</li><li>
Greets and welcomes visitors and obtains initial assessment of reason for visit; Notifies company personnel of visitor&rsquo;s arrival.</li><li>
Compose and track emails to departments, cooperators and follows up with as necessary to track task completion.</li><li>
Respond to Shareholders&rsquo; inquiries concerning account (payments/charges) information.</li><li>
Creates and maintains files, as needed</li><li>
Creates correspondence and/or flyers, as necessary.</li><li>
Prepares distribution of schedules for units work orders.</li><li>
Monitors and maintains elevator or inventory log as necessary.</li><li>
Completes data entry for all appointments.</li><li>
Prepares and closes work orders and supply requisitions upon completion.</li><li>
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.</li></ul><p><b><br>

Work Experience and Minimum requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
Exceptional written/oral communication, as well as excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>
Bilingual, a plus.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with office equipment</li><li>
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks is essential.</li><li>
Ability to deal with a high volume of callers and visitors while maintaining a professional approach.</li><li>
Knowledge of Yardi Property Management System a plus.</li></ul><p><b>
Education/Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>
College courses or A.S. degree, a plus</li></ul><p><b>
Testing Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
Drug screening, as permitted by, and consistent with, applicable law.</li></ul><p><b>
Physical Requirements:</b></p><p>
Persons performing service in this position classification may routinely exert up to 25 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. This type of work may involve regular walking, standing or sitting for extended periods of time. It may involve stooping or bending. Handling and working with various materials and objects may be required.</p><p>
