Job Functions:
<ul>
<li>Responsible for providing service to all casino customers in an efficient courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service</li>
<li>Must be willing to work all shifts</li>
<li>Picks up empty glasses and returns them to the proper area</li>
<li>Works in assigned area, taking drink orders, presenting drinks to customers, clearing tables and serving food</li>
<li>Maintains a clean station at all times and performs assigned side work duties such as stocking coffee, glasses, cream, sugar, beverage napkins, etc</li>
<li>Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job</li>
<li>Ensures that all guests are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner Knows the menu items, specials, and prices</li>
<li>Completes all side work and other duties as assigned in a timely manner</li>
<li>Offers assistance to all guests regardless of where they are seated</li>
<li>Works to ensure a clean and sanitary work area at all times</li>
<li>Handles any guest&rsquo;s complaints or problems in a prompt and courteous manner</li>
<li>Keeps work area clean</li>
<li>Ensures thorough communication between shifts</li>
<li>Remains up to date on all Departmental Policies and Procedures</li>
<li>Complies with all departmental rules, side work assignments, and departmental procedures</li>
<li>Performs all other duties specified or assigned</li></ul> 


Job Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must be able to lift at least twenty (20) pounds at one time and grip necessary items (glasses, pens, pads, garnishments, money, etc.)</li>
<li>Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time as well as bend, stoop, and twist while serving cocktails</li>
<li>Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and team members</li>
<li>Possesses ability to work under pressure</li>
<li>Prior experience is helpful as well as a proven track record demonstrating sound judgment</li>
<li>Is always clean and neat, in proper uniform, including nametag, I. D. badge, and slip resistant</li>
<li>Ability to communicate with Team members and guests</li>
<li>Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process</li>
<li>Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays</li>
<li>Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing</li>

Food Runner Flipt (Part Time)

<div>Job Summary:
Patrols casino premises and/or guards casino posts to maintain safety and security; prevent underage gambling and casino floor access, protect assets and ensure observance of applicable laws and casino regulations. 


Duties/Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provides exceptional customer service to guests at all times.</li>
<li>Guards security post and/or patrols internal and external casino property to prevent and respond to security incidents.</li>
<li>Prevents underage gambling via access to the casino floor by following identification verification procedures.</li>
<li>Interviews guests and employees when security incidents occur.</li>
<li>Contacts shift manager and/or supervisor when security situations require intervention beyond scope of authority.</li>
<li>Obtains assistance for accident victims.</li>
<li>Assists management in emergency situations.</li>
<li>Writes detailed security reports.</li>
<li>Answers security calls and dispatches officers to assist per departmental standards and protocols.</li>
<li>Responds to emergencies in accordance with established procedures.</li>
<li>Performs all other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 


Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must be 21 years of age or older.</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Six months security experience preferred.</li></ul> 


Certifications, Licenses, and/or Registrations:
<ul>
<li>Gaming license/registration as required by jurisdiction(s).</li>
<li>Virginia Unarmed Security License</li></ul> 


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
<ul>
<li>Must be able to form and build long-standing relations with established and new guests/players.</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate with team members and guests.</li>
<li>Available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.</li>
<li>Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.</li>
<li>Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.</li></ul> 


Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Regularly required to see, walk, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.</li>
<li>Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise, bright lights, smoke, and dust.</li>
<li>Frequently required to stoop, and kneel.</li>
<li>Must occasionally move and lift up to 25 pounds.</li>

<li>Handles any guest&rsquo;s complaints or problems in a prompt and courteous manner.</li>
<li>Ensures thorough communication between shifts.</li>
<li>Complies with all departmental rules, side work assignments, and departmental procedures.</li>
<li>Performs all other duties specified or assigned.</li></ul> 


Job Requirements:

<li>One (1) to (2) years guest service experience, preferably in gaming/hospitality environment</li>

<li>Must attend and pass Responsible Alcohol Training; must adhere to cut-off procedures</li>
