Level 2 Maintenance Technician</b> <b>Job Duties:</b></div><ul><li><div>
Plumbing work such as repairing or replacing faucets and toilets, operating a sewer cleanout auger, diagnosing and repairing a simple water leak</div></li><li><div>
Electrical work such as light fixtures, GFCI&rsquo;s, understanding lightbulb wattage, breakers and fuses, replacing outlets</div></li><li><div>
Oversee the curb appeal of the community and make sure it is up to Riverstone Communities&rsquo; standards which includes:</div></li><li><ul><li><div>
Picking up trash around the community</div></li><li><div>
Groundskeeping including lawn mowing, planting flowers, weeding/weed eating, etc</div></li></ul></li><li><div>
Complete clean outs of homes</div></li><li><div>
Finish work orders in an efficient and timely manner</div></li><li><div>
Read water meters for each home
</div></li><li><div>Complete day to day duties with minimal supervision</div></li><li><div>
Adhere to all safety laws and regulations</div></li><li><div>
Conduct regular inventory checks on equipment and supplies</div></li><li><div>
Take training classes online/virtually via a computer or tablet</div></li><li><div>
Other duties as qualified and trained to do so</div></li></ul><div>

Level 2 Maintenance Technician</b> <b>Requirements:</b></div><ul><li><div>
2-3 years of experience in general labor including groundskeeping, landscaping, property management maintenance</div></li><li><div>
1-2 years of experience in basic residential plumbing</div></li><li><div>
Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds</div></li><li><div>
Need to be comfortable with working outside in all weather conditions</div></li><li><div>
Willingness to use technology/learn technology in a basic capacity</div></li><li><div>
Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle (drive to different locations on the property) with a valid driver&rsquo;s license
</div></li></ul><div>**Specific maintenance knowledge/skills will be tested for accuracy.</div><div>
