We, at Magarpatta Group of Companies are seeking an experienced Store In- Charge to oversee the daily operations of our stores at Nanded City, Riverview City and Magarpatta City.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, conducting audits and ensuring efficient store operations.The candidate must have experience in Civil Industry. (Candidates other than Civil Industry will not be eligible for the post)Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement inventory management strategies.2. Lead and manage a team of store staff3. Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies4. Ensure Compliance with company policies and procedures5. Analyse inventory data and optimize stock levels6. Co-ordinate with logistics, supply chain and other departments7. Implement process improvements to increase efficeincy8. Manage and maintain accurate inventory records9. Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory10.Co-ordinate with logistics and supply chain teams11.Implement and maintain inventory control procedures12. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies13. Thorough knowledge of Civil Material.Mandatory Requirements:1. 8+ years of experience in store management or inventory management in Civil Industry 2. Strong organizational and analytical skills3. Attention to detail and ability to multitask4. Excellent communication skillsPreferred Skills1. Experience with inventory management software2. Knowledge of auditing and inventory control procedures3. Certification in inventory management or logisitic4.
