Through organic growth and acquisitions, our vision is to become the premier landscaping company in the Northeast.Overview: Riverview is seeking a reliable and diligent Crew Member to join our growing business in landscaping. As a Crew Member, you will work on a variety of projects including lawn maintenance, planting, hardscaping, irrigation, and seasonal cleanups. You will support crew leaders and supervisors to complete daily assignments safely and efficiently.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform general landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, mulching, and planting.</li><li>Operate hand tools and power equipment including trimmers, blowers, lawn mowers, and chainsaws.</li><li>Follow safety guidelines and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).</li><li>Load/unload materials and equipment at job sites.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, vehicles, and job sites.</li><li>Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and to quality standards.</li><li>Communicate effectively with crew leaders and follow daily instructions.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required&mdash;willing to train the right candidate.</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.</li><li>Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, kneeling, and bending for extended periods.</li><li>Punctual, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation preferred.</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $19.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyLicense/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>East Hampton, NY 11937 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
