This role is ideal for someone confident, proactive, and highly motivated by targets and growth.⸻Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and manage sales for swimming pool projects, construction works, and related services</li></ul><ul><li>Identify new business opportunities and actively generate leads</li></ul><ul><li>Meet clients, consultants, contractors, and developers on-site and in offices</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until deal closure</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution</li></ul><ul><li>Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets</li></ul><ul><li>Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments in Qatar</li></ul>⸻Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in:</li></ul><ul><li>Swimming pools, construction, MEP, or related industries</li></ul><ul><li>Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory)</li></ul><ul><li>Strong knowledge of the Qatar construction market</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects</li></ul><ul><li>Professional appearance and strong client-handling skills</li></ul><ul><li>Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)</li></ul>⸻What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary + attractive commission structure</li></ul><ul><li>Company vehicle or car allowance (based on package)</li></ul><ul><li>Opportunity to work with high-value projects and established clients</li></ul><ul><li>Supportive team and professional work environment</li></ul><ul><li>Long-term growth and career development opportunities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR6,000.00 per month
