Rivkin Radler is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced, litigation paralegal for our Uniondale office. EOE.
 
Qualified candidates should have: 
<ul>
<li>A minimum of 1 year of paralegal experience in No Fault litigation (defense).</li>
<li>Intermediate to advanced computer skills using Word, Excel, and Adobe, as well as case management software.</li>
<li>A paralegal certificate from an ABA certified program (preferred).</li>
<li>Long term career goals in our field of practice.</li>
<li>The ability to handle a heavy case load.</li>
<li>The ability to work for multiple attorneys and clients simultaneously.</li>
<li>Experience communicating with clients, court officials, vendors, and other outside entities.</li>
</ul>
Duties include: scheduling, client contact, drafting correspondence, drafting pleadings and discovery, researching legal issues, handling PIP and property damage claims, reviewing medical records, and providing additional paralegal support as needed.
 
The annualized salary range for this position is $50,000 to $65,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
