Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an associate with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our No Fault (PIP) defense litigation practice in our Uniondale, Long Island office.
 
Responsibilities include: 
<ul>
<li>Handling and managing litigation files from inception through trial.</li>
<li>Preparing motions and memorandums of law.</li>
<li>Preparing pleadings, discovery demands and responses.</li>
<li>Drafting reports and providing file analysis</li>
<li>Court and arbitration appearances</li>
</ul>
Hybrid Hours: 
Minimum 3 days a week in office
 2 days a week remotely

The annualized salary range for this position is $125,000 to $145,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
