Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role involves market research, campaign management, content creation, transforming data into actionable insights, and collaboration with internal teams to promote the company&rsquo;s brand and products effectively.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:&middot; Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.&middot; Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.&middot; Manage company website updates, SEO efforts, and strategies as well as manage digital marketing channels.&middot; Assist in planning and executing promotional events, trade shows, and sponsorships.&middot; Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.&middot; Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports on ROI and KPIs.&middot; Strong demonstrated background in understanding industry trends and competitive differentiators to attract and retain business growth.&middot; Support brand consistency in all marketing and communication materials.&middot; Develop relationships with media, vendors, and partners as needed.&middot; Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.&middot; Demonstrate a proactive initiative with the ability to anticipate challenges and deliver solutions.Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>3 years of experience in marketing in a corporate environment or a related role.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, SEO, email marketing, etc.).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (Canva, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience in social media advertising and paid campaigns.</li><li>Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).</li><li>Basic graphic design or video editing skills.</li></ul>Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPressWork environment:<ul><li>Office-based position with occasional travel for events or meetings.</li><li>May require occasional evening or weekend work for campaign deadlines or events.</li></ul>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:&middot; Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs.Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to, or requirements for, this job at any time.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
