We are hiring Quality Control Manager. Immediate joiners with valid QID &amp; NOC. Qatar local hire onlyKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Food Safety and Compliance: Implement and enforce Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), ISO standards, and local regulatory requirements.</li><li>Quality Inspections: Oversee daily operational checks, including temperature checks, pH checks, and modified atmosphere packaging inspections to ensure product freshness.</li><li>Animal Welfare: Monitor the receiving and stunning processes to ensure humane handling of livestock.</li><li>Sanitation (SSOPs): Maintain rigorous cleanliness and sanitation standards (SSOPs) throughout the facility.</li><li>Traceability: Ensure full traceability of products from &quot;farm to fork&quot;.</li><li>Lab Analysis: Coordinate on-site laboratory testing for microbial and chemical analysis of products.</li><li>Team Leadership: Train, lead, and manage QC technicians and operatives to maintain a strong food safety culture.</li><li>Audit Management: Lead internal and external audits and manage non-conformance situations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Food Science, Animal Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.</li><li>Arab National preferred</li><li>Previous experience as Quality Control Manager - Production</li><li>Good communication skill in English</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
