 Senior Social Media Specialist
 
 to lead Rize&rsquo;s presence across digital platforms. This role focuses on
 
 strategy, engagement, and trend-driven content,
 
 ensuring Rize stays relevant, visible, and connected to our audience.
 
 
 
 What will you be doing?

 Develop and execute a social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and follow trends to create engaging, timely content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee posting schedules, community management, and replying to comments/messages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the Content Creator and design team to ensure consistent brand identity and messaging.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and boost engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support marketing campaigns and product launches with platform-specific strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up to date with emerging platforms, features, and best practices.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 You're a perfect match if you have
 
 
 
 <ul>

 1+ year of experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube), preferably in tech, fintech startups.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of social media trends and analytics tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in community management (replying to comments, handling DMs, driving engagement).
 </li>
 <li>
 Creative mindset with ability to translate brand values into engaging content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good Arabic &amp; English communication skills.
