You&rsquo;ll build a national movement that makes people want to work here, want to partner with us, and want to know more about Rize.What You&rsquo;ll Do <ul><li>Lead all aspects of national brand strategy, creative direction, and storytelling.</li><li>Build and execute campaigns that position Rize as the most exciting, tech-forward lender in America.</li><li>Oversee digital presence (web, social, SEO, video, PR) to drive awareness, recruiting, and engagement.</li><li>Partner with leadership and recruiting teams to amplify our nationwide expansion.</li><li>Develop a consistent visual identity and voice across all channels.</li><li>Launch culture-driven marketing initiatives, events, and brand activations that make Rize a household name in mortgage.</li><li>Manage and mentor a creative team (internal + agency) across content, design, and digital performance.</li><li>Track performance metrics to ensure brand growth, lead generation, and ROI.</li></ul>Who You Are <ul><li>A strategic leader who can think like a CMO and execute like a startup founder.</li><li>Experienced in national-scale marketing, preferably in mortgage, real estate, or fintech.</li><li>Obsessed with culture, creativity, and brand differentiation.</li><li>Passionate about storytelling that inspires &mdash; not just advertises.</li><li>A builder who thrives in fast-growth, entrepreneurial environments.</li></ul>Why Join Rize You&rsquo;ll be part of a company built for entrepreneurs inside the mortgage industry.
