 We&rsquo;re looking for a
 
 Customer Experience Associate
 
 &mdash; a fresh graduate eager to learn, grow, and make a difference.
 
 
 In this role, you'll support our customers (landlords and tenants), help ensure smooth property handovers, follow up on service quality, and assist in solving everyday issues. You will be trained, guided, and supported by senior team members while gradually taking ownership of tasks.

 What will you be doing?
 
 
 
 
 Customer Support &amp; Relationship Building

 Support in building positive, trust-based relationships with landlords and tenants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in conducting check-ins to make sure both parties are satisfied.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Property Handover Assistance

 Learn how to manage the handover process between landlords and tenants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help inspect units during move-in and move-out to ensure everything is in proper condition.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document findings and support the senior team in the reporting process.
 
 
 </li>

 Issue Handling &amp; Coordination

 Serve as the first point of contact for simple inquiries or issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help mediate small conflicts and escalate cases when needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal teams (maintenance, operations, support) to resolve concerns.

 Feedback &amp; Follow-ups

 </li>

 Comfortable using digital tools (CRM systems, Google Workspace, etc.).
