We offer full project documentation and maintain open communication throughout the restoration process to keep clients informed on progress, budget, and deadlines.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role for an Office Assistant/Bookkeeper located in Arkport, NY. The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing phone communications, reconciling books, operating office equipment and QuickBooks, and performing various clerical tasks. Daily tasks will include answering phone calls, maintaining files, reconciling, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.Qualifications<ul><li>Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills</li><li>Experience in Clerical Skills</li><li>*Required* Proficiency with QuickBooks usage</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li></ul>Responsibilies<ul><li>Maintain accurate financial records</li><li>Process accounts payable and accounts receivable</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements on a monthly basis</li><li>Update customer logs</li><li>Prepare and submit financial reports</li><li>Assist in budgeting preparation</li><li>Prepare tax sales/waste management quarterly returns</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
