 The position is with the upcoming Nike stores at Hyderabad.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 :
 
 
 
 
 
 Store Operations:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and analyze sales reports, and other performance indicators.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the legal and financial integrity of the store.
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule staff so as to properly serve customers, drive sales and execute tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure proper in-store Brand execution according to established standards and directives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all store team members are trained on Foundational and Seasonal Brand and product knowledge.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards are consistently executed and maintained in the store.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Sales &amp; Revenue Generation:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop sales strategies and set sales targets for the employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and analyze sales figures, identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate measures to increase sales and profitability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure effective merchandising and visual presentation of products to attract customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Team Management:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Recruit, train, and supervise store employees including sales associates, cashiers, and support staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide guidance, coaching and performance feedback to team members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster a positive and motivating work environment to maximize employee morale and productivity.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Inventory Management:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee inventory control processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement effective inventory management practices to minimise shrinkage and maximise stock turnover.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
