Job Purpose: The Warehouse Trainer is responsible for the hands on training of all new personnel and other warehouse employees. The Warehouse Trainer will be responsible for training on best practices and providing on the job training to employees. Also this person will have the opportunity to participate in scout assignments across the network as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Provide on the job training to equipment operators and other warehouse employees.</li>
<li>Conducts training sessions for new hires and provides on-going hands on training to warehouse pickers and employees.</li>
<li>Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.</li>
<li>Well versed in all warehouse functions</li>
<li>Ability to plan and schedule tasks and handle multiple tasks at once.</li>
<li>Maintains all training records for required regulatory purposes and mandatory internally required instruction.</li>
<li>Perform work safely and in accordance with company and customer standards and safety regulations. Report unsafe conditions or accidents to the appropriate personnel.</li>
<li>Understands various teaching methods and can provide constructive feedback, while maintaining a positive rapport with employees.</li>
<li>Conduct all monthly safety refresher training.</li>
<li>Conduct all post-accident safety refresher training.</li>
<li>Must be willing to work off shifts as needed for training demands.</li>
<li>Will also operate as forklift operator as needed.</li>

<li>Train new Trainers as per RJW policy and SOP's.</li>

<li>Ensure each trainers is maintaining SOP spread sheet for their weekly recap and audit preparation.</li>
<li>Ensure every trainer is utilizing the data entry and updating every week.</li>
<li>Ensure all safety guidelines are in place and implemented while training including driving equipment's.</li>
<li>As a trainer lead, will be travelling to all buildings as needed.</li>
<li>Primarily will work mid shift to cover both shifts or as needed.</li>
<li>Will fill in when other trainers are off or on vacation.</li>
<li>Ensure we are in compliance with quarterly audits.</li>
<li>Open tickets with MIS for any issues and get it resolved.</li>
</ul>

What You Will Do

Job Purpose: To accept and schedule customer inbound orders to ensure customer satisfaction. To provide administrative support as required by personnel working in the Outbound Operations Department.

Admin Clerk Lead 1

<div>Job purpose The HR Director serves as the senior HR business partner to assigned senior business leaders (for example: Warehouse Directors), translating business priorities into people strategy and execution. Job Purpose: To accept and schedule customer inbound orders to ensure customer satisfaction. To provide administrative support as required by personnel working in the Outbound Operations Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Enter customer orders and scan / index documents as required.</li>
<li>Schedule the delivery of customer loads.</li>
<li>Properly document orders in computer and update customer contact information.</li>
<li>Maintain communications with customers regarding changes delivery schedules and potential service failures.</li>
<li>Handle all billing for the Inbound Department</li>
<li>Train associates on tasks of Inbound Departments such as, but not limited to: creating of Outbound paperwork, filing systems, billing functions, accuracy verification of inbounds, and AIB standards.</li>
<li>Clearly understand goals, policies, and procedures of RJW as well as those of the customers.</li>
<li>Communicate customer problems, leads, and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality of company information.</li>
<li>Recommend improvements and implement approved improvements.</li>
<li>Update reports as required by operations manager and COO.</li>
<li>Assist local dispatcher in update of Tee Cards.</li>
<li>Other tasks as assigned by manager.</li>
