<div>Job purpose The HR Director serves as the senior HR business partner to assigned senior business leaders (for example: Warehouse Directors), translating business priorities into people strategy and execution. This role is responsible for advising leaders on organizational design, change, talent, engagement, and leadership effectiveness while ensuring alignment to RJW's broader business and HR strategy. Working closely with HRBPs and peer HR leaders, the HR Director helps shape culture, lead transformation, and drive enterprise HR initiatives that strengthen organizational performance and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities
<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned senior leadership clients on HR strategy, organization effectiveness, and people-related priorities within their functions.
</li><li>Define the people strategy for assigned senior leadership clients, ensuring alignment to business goals and the broader HR strategy.
</li><li>Advise, coach, and support leaders to maximize performance, lead change effectively, and engage and develop talent within their organizations.
</li><li>Partner with peer HR Directors and HRBPs to help shape RJW's culture and values from a strategic enterprise perspective.
</li><li>Work closely with HRBPs to execute HR initiatives and ensure strategy is translated into practical field and functional action.
</li><li>Lead organizational change and transformation initiatives, helping ensure smooth implementation and minimal business disruption.
</li><li>Drive large-scale HR initiatives that support business objectives, improve employee engagement, and strengthen organizational capability.
</li><li>Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, team effectiveness, leadership capability, and workforce planning as needed to support assigned functions.
</li><li>Act as a trusted partner to senior line leaders on talent, engagement, change, and organizational health issues.

<ul><li>5+ or more years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
</li><li>2 or more years of people leadership experience.
</li><li>Demonstrated experience advising senior leaders on HR strategy, organizational design, and change leadership.
</li><li>Strong capability in leadership coaching, talent strategy, and employee engagement.
</li><li>Experience leading large-scale HR initiatives in support of business goals.
</li><li>Ability to work across leaders, HRBPs, and HR peers to align strategy and execution.
</li><li>Strong judgment, executive presence, and the ability to influence senior levels of the organization.
</li></ul>Preferred qualifications
<ul><li>Experience supporting multi-site or operationally intensive environments.

Job Purpose: To accept and schedule customer inbound orders to ensure customer satisfaction. To provide administrative support as required by personnel working in the Outbound Operations Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Enter customer orders and scan / index documents as required.</li>
<li>Schedule the delivery of customer loads.</li>
<li>Properly document orders in computer and update customer contact information.</li>
<li>Maintain communications with customers regarding changes delivery schedules and potential service failures.</li>
<li>Handle all billing for the Inbound Department</li>
<li>Train associates on tasks of Inbound Departments such as, but not limited to: creating of Outbound paperwork, filing systems, billing functions, accuracy verification of inbounds, and AIB standards.</li>
<li>Clearly understand goals, policies, and procedures of RJW as well as those of the customers.</li>
<li>Communicate customer problems, leads, and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality of company information.</li>
<li>Recommend improvements and implement approved improvements.</li>
