Our client-first approach, deep market knowledge, and turnkey solutions ensure a seamless and transparent property journey.At RK Mumbai Realtors, we don&rsquo;t just close deals&mdash;we build lasting relationships and strive to create a more ethical and informed real estate ecosystem.Responsibilities &amp; Duties<ul><li>Reviewing and drafting real estate contracts and agreements</li><li>Understanding clients&rsquo; requirements and advising them accordingly on property-related matters</li><li>Communicating the laws and regulations required for real estate transactions to the clients</li><li>Ensuring compliance with local, state, and central property laws</li><li>Conducting title searches to verify property ownership</li><li>Facilitating closings and ensuring proper documentation</li><li>Preparing lease agreements for both residential and commercial properties</li><li>Collaborating with real estate brokers, agents, and developers</li><li>Researching ready reckoner rates</li><li>Updating regularly with the new real estate laws</li><li>Hold regular training sessions with management and team members to apprise them of legal procedures</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Experience in real estate law</li><li>Excellent analytical and research abilities</li><li>Familiarity with real estate concepts such as litigation, sales transactions, property laws and regulations</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Experience with contract law</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Degree from an accredited law school</li><li>Strong understanding of property and real estate law</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in legal research and legal drafting</li><li>Attention to detail and high level of accuracy</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Strong ethical and professional standards</li><li>Prior experience in a legal setting, preferably in real estate</li><li>Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information</li><li>Ability to offer excellent customer service</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹8,995.97 - ₹56,044.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Real estate law: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Santacruz West, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
