Job Summary:We&rsquo;re looking for a passionate Motion Graphic Designer who can bring educational content to life with engaging animations, infographics, and video editing. You&rsquo;ll work closely with our educators and content creators to design visual assets for YouTube lectures, online courses, social media content, and promotional videos that are both educational and eye-catching.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and animate motion graphics for educational videos, YouTube intros/outros, topic explainers, and promotional content.</li><li>Work on conceptual storyboarding to transform lecture material into visual learning assets.</li><li>Edit and enhance video lectures, including transitions, lower thirds, screen overlays, and text animation.</li><li>Create scroll-stopping content for Instagram Reels, Shorts, and other social media platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with the content and teaching team to align visuals with the RKC Eduhub teaching methodology.</li><li>Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms as per our brand guidelines.</li><li>Suggest new ideas and visual formats to make learning more interactive and memorable for students.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>1-3+ years of experience in motion graphic design or video editing (experience in the ed-tech domain is a bonus).</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (or similar tools).</li><li>Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and color theory.</li><li>Ability to simplify complex concepts using visuals and animation.</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing educational or informational animations will be preferred.</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.</li></ul>Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory):<ul><li>Knowledge of Blender or 3D animation tools.</li><li>Familiarity with audio syncing, subtitles, and voiceover editing.</li><li>Understanding of current trends in ed-tech and digital content creation.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Flexible work schedule (Remote).</li><li>A chance to be part of a rapidly growing online education platform with a real impact.</li><li>Opportunity to work closely with Dr. Aakriti Raj and a passionate, student-focused team.</li><li>Creative freedom and encouragement for innovation.</li><li>Recognition and growth opportunities within the organization.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

We are expanding our creative team and looking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer who can elevate our visual communication and storytelling across all digital channels.Role OverviewAs a Motion Graphic Designer at RKC Eduhub, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and animations for YouTube thumbnails, social media posts, Reels/Shorts, and video content. You will collaborate closely with our content production and marketing teams to create engaging, high-performing visuals that support our brand&rsquo;s mission.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design high-conversion YouTube thumbnails that attract clicks and reflect our educational brand.</li><li>Create motion graphics &amp; animated elements for Reels, Shorts, explainer videos, and other social platforms.</li><li>Edit videos for YouTube and social channels including trimming, transitions, sound sync, captions, and effects.</li><li>Design static/animated social media posts, banners, and promotional creatives.</li><li>Develop storyboards and contribute to creative visual concepts.</li><li>Ensure content is optimized for all platforms (aspect ratios, resolution, compression, etc.).</li><li>Maintain organized project files and collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest animation and social media design trends.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; QualificationsTechnical Skills<ul><li>Strong command of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.</li><li>Proficiency in Photoshop &amp; Illustrator for thumbnail and graphics design.</li><li>Good understanding of animation principles: timing, easing, composition.</li><li>Experience in social content design for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.</li><li>Knowledge of video formats, rendering, and optimization.</li><li>Bonus (not mandatory): experience with Blender / Cinema 4D / 3D animation.</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Creative visual thinking and strong storytelling ability.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and a strong design aesthetic.</li><li>Good communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Time management and ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines.</li><li>Problem-solving and ability to adapt to feedback quickly.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>[Recommended] 1&ndash;3+ years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, or similar role.</li><li>A strong portfolio or showreel with examples of thumbnails, motion graphics, and edited videos.</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Degree/diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Film, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory if skills are proven).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
