Role Overview:We are seeking dynamic and proactive Purchase Executive/Sr Executive/Assistant Manager with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling procurement activities, vendor coordination, and maintaining efficient purchase operations in line with project requirements.Mandatory requirement - MEPF Purchasing Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Source and procure materials/services as per project needs</li><li>Identify reliable vendors and negotiate best pricing and terms</li><li>Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records</li><li>Coordinate with project and site teams for material requirements</li><li>Track and ensure timely delivery of materials</li><li>Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relations</li><li>Ensure cost-effective and timely procurement</li><li>Prepare and maintain reports in MS Excel and documentation in MS Word</li></ul>Candidate Requirements:<ul><li>Experience: 3 to 7 years in Purchase/Procurement (preferably in MEPF)</li><li>Qualification: Diploma/ Bachelor&rsquo;s in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong negotiation and coordination abilities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
