This role focuses on validating inventory processes, identifying discrepancies, documenting findings, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall operational quality within the warehouse.Key ResponsibilitiesInspection &amp; Auditing<ul><li>Conduct internal audits of warehouse processes including receiving, storage, inventory, picking, and shipping</li><li>Verify accuracy of labeling, packaging, and inventory documentation</li><li>Support physical inventories and audits at other warehouse locations</li><li>Maintain accurate and organized audit records</li></ul>Non-Conformance Detection &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Identify inventory discrepancies, misplaced merchandise, and process errors</li><li>Document audit findings and prepare detailed reports</li></ul>Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve processes and internal controls</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements</li><li>Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions</li></ul>Training &amp; Communication<ul><li>Communicate audit findings clearly to relevant departments</li><li>Assist with training staff on quality procedures and best practices</li></ul>QualificationsEducation &amp; Experience<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required</li><li>At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)</li><li>Experience using scanners and basic office equipment</li></ul>Core Competencies<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and analytical skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Effective communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Professionalism, integrity, adaptability, and proactive mindset</li></ul>Physical &amp; Work Environment Requirements<ul><li>Ability to stand and walk frequently in a warehouse environment</li><li>Occasional lifting of light materials (up to 20 lbs)</li><li>Exposure to warehouse noise levels and varying temperatures</li></ul>Pay: $13.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
