Job Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, supplies, and equipment.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, and balances.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or replenishment requirements timely.</li><li>Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of materials in the store.</li><li>Prepare and maintain stock registers, inventory reports, and related documentation.</li><li>Issue materials to departments against approved requisitions and maintain issuance records.</li><li>Conduct periodic stock counts and assist in physical inventory audits.</li><li>Coordinate with Procurement and other departments regarding material requirements.</li><li>Assist the Procurement Officer in managing Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in Odoo.</li><li>Ensure timely processing and accurate record keeping of procurement and inventory transactions in Odoo.</li><li>Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store area.</li><li>Monitor slow-moving, damaged, or expired inventory and report accordingly.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward movements of stock.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Intermediate, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience as a Store Keeper or in inventory management.</li><li>Knowledge of stock management and inventory control procedures.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software/ERP systems.</li><li>Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in inventory records.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments will be an added advantage.</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo or similar inventory software.</li></ul>Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining competitive quotations, negotiating prices, processing purchase orders, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services.The role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. TheProcurement Executive will play a vital role in ensuring cost-effective purchasing, operational efficiency, and compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, pricing, reliability, and delivery performance.</li><li>Manage direct and indirect procurement activities, including both local and international purchases.</li><li>Obtain quotations, compare offers, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.</li><li>Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders in a timely manner.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve procurement-related issues when required.</li><li>Monitor procurement activities, including purchase orders, deliveries, invoices, and supplier performance.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and industry trends.</li><li>Support the implementation of procurement strategies aimed at cost optimization and process improvement.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and procurement standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and projects.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.</li><li>3&ndash;4 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience.</li><li>Proven experience in handling local and import procurement activities.</li><li>Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.</li><li>Good understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supply chain practices.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/procurement systems.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.</li><li>Knowledge of procurement compliance requirements and best practices will be an advantage.</li></ul>Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
