We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Procurement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining competitive quotations, negotiating prices, processing purchase orders, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services.The role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. TheProcurement Executive will play a vital role in ensuring cost-effective purchasing, operational efficiency, and compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, pricing, reliability, and delivery performance.</li><li>Manage direct and indirect procurement activities, including both local and international purchases.</li><li>Obtain quotations, compare offers, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.</li><li>Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders in a timely manner.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve procurement-related issues when required.</li><li>Monitor procurement activities, including purchase orders, deliveries, invoices, and supplier performance.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and industry trends.</li><li>Support the implementation of procurement strategies aimed at cost optimization and process improvement.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and procurement standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and projects.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.</li><li>3&ndash;4 years of relevant procurement or purchasing experience.</li><li>Proven experience in handling local and import procurement activities.</li><li>Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.</li><li>Good understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supply chain practices.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/procurement systems.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.</li><li>Knowledge of procurement compliance requirements and best practices will be an advantage.</li></ul>Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
