<div><div>We&rsquo;re hiring a <b>Part-Time Junior Graphic Designer </b>in San Diego to support our marketing team across multiple hospitality brands.</div>
<div>The role will focus on designing marketing assets including event flyers, social media creative, print materials, and digital campaign graphics. Experience working in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite is required.</div>
<div>A big plus would be someone who also has experience with food photography or event photography. Equipment and necessary licenses will be provided by the department.</div>
<div>Details:<br>
<ul><li>Part-time (15&ndash;25 hours per week)</li><li>$24&ndash;$30 per hour depending on experience</li><li>San Diego-based role</li><li>Potential for this position to move into full-time</li></ul></div>

<div></div><div><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Design marketing assets including:
<ul><li>Event flyers and promotional graphics</li>
<li>Social media creative</li>
<li>Email marketing visuals</li>
<li>Print materials such as menus, signage, and one-sheets</li>
<li>Website graphics as needed</li>
</ul></li><li>Work within established brand guidelines across multiple hospitality concepts</li>
<li>Prepare print-ready layouts using Adobe InDesign</li>
<li>Resize and format creative assets for multiple digital platforms</li>
<li>Assist with campaign launches, events, and marketing initiatives</li>
<li>Maintain organized design files and templates</li>
</ul><div>Photography (Preferred but not required)</div>
<ul><li>Assist with food photography for menus and campaigns</li>
<li>Capture event photography for marketing and social media</li>
<li>Edit and prepare images for marketing use</li>
</ul><div>Photography equipment and licenses will be provided by the marketing department.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of graphic design experience (freelance, agency, or in-house)</li>
<li>Proficiency in:
<ul><li>Adobe InDesign</li>
<li>Adobe Photoshop</li>
<li>Adobe Illustrator</li>
</ul></li><li>Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand consistency</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organization</li>
<li>Hospitality, restaurant, or lifestyle brand experience is a plus</li>
<li>Photography experience is a strong plus but not required</li>
