<div>MAIN PURPOSE</div>
<div>To provide administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient day to day office operations.</div>
<div>RESPONSIBILITIES</div>
<ul><li>Delivery and collection of business related documents.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide driving service throughout UAE to assist management team.</li></ul>
<ul><li>To deliver invoices and drawings to customers when requested.
</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain the vendor invoice register and perform manual filing in serial-number order.</li></ul>
<ul><li>To manage correspondence : type correspondence, reports, and other documents</li></ul>
<ul><li>To maintain office files and confidential records systematically and ensure easy retrieval of documents where necessary</li></ul>
<ul><li>To provide receptionist services if needed (Greet and assist visitors, answer phones, direct calls, respond to inquiries, distribute posts etc)</li></ul>
<ul><li>To support managers and colleagues in today operational, procurement and administrative tasks if needed.
</li></ul><ul><li>To Support yard team at the time of stock take and scrap sales
</li></ul><ul><li>Undertake any other administrative duties as required.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Be aware of and adhere to the Company&rsquo;s Health, Safety &amp; Environment policies and procedures.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure efficient driving practices to reduce fuel consumption and minimize vehicle emissions.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain vehicles in good condition through regular servicing and timely reporting of issues to reduce pollution and improve efficiency.</li></ul>
<ul><li>A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.</li></ul>
