Key Responsibilities1. Billing &amp; Cash Handling<ul><li>Generate invoices using billing software.</li><li>Ensure accurate scanning/entry of items and quantities.</li><li>Collect payments (cash &amp;UPI).</li><li>Issue receipts and handle returns/refunds as per policy.</li><li>Maintain cash drawer balance at shift start and end.</li></ul>2. Stock Maintenance<ul><li>Maintain the inward, outward stock register, and inventory record properly</li><li>Support stock counting and shelf replenishment.</li></ul>3. Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain daily sales reports and cash reconciliation sheets.</li><li>Follow billing SOPs, company policies, and audit guidelines.</li></ul>4. Store Support Activities<ul><li>Assist in display arrangement during non-peak hours.</li><li>Maintain the cleanliness of the billing counter and the surrounding area.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate.</li><li>Basic computer knowledge and experience with a Computer.</li><li>Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in retail billing preferred.</li><li>Freshers with good aptitude may also apply.</li></ul>Key Attributes<ul><li>Honest and reliable</li><li>Fast learner</li><li>Customer-focused</li><li>Punctual and disciplined</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;8,000.00 - &#8377;10,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
