With 45+ years of experience, we serve homeowners, architects, interior designers, and builders across India.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and experienced honest Accountant cum Stock Incharge to manage accounts and maintain accurate stock records at our Kishangarh unit. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting processes, inventory management, and daily operational coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts &amp; Finance<ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or other accounting software</li><li>Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, and delivery challans</li><li>Handle GST entries, tax calculations, and monthly reconciliation</li><li>Maintain cash book, ledger, and bank reconciliation statements</li><li>Support audit requirements and ensure accurate documentation</li><li>Assist in vendor payments and follow-up with suppliers</li></ul>Stock &amp; Inventory Management<ul><li>Monitor daily stock movement of marble slabs and blocks</li><li>Maintain accurate stock records, stock register, and slab numbers</li><li>Coordinate with yard staff for loading/unloading updates</li><li>Perform regular physical stock verification</li><li>Report stock shortages, damage, or mismatches</li><li>Maintain inward/outward registers and GRN records</li></ul>Operational Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with sales and dispatch team for order processing</li><li>Prepare stock reports and share with management when required</li><li>Ensure proper documentation for transportation and logistics</li><li>Support warehouse operations to maintain proper product arrangement</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in accounting and stock management (marble industry experience preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, and invoice management</li><li>Good communication and reporting skills</li><li>Ability to work independently with accuracy and responsibility</li><li>Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word)</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Growth opportunities within the organization</li><li>Professional and supportive work environment</li><li>Chance to work with one of India&rsquo;s leading marble brands</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates can send their updated resume to: Email : rmsstonexindia@gmail.com Interview Location: RMS Stonex, Paryavarn Road, Near Marble Association, Kishangarh, RajasthanJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Tally: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>CA-Inter (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
