We're looking for an experienced <b>Aesthetic Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner</b> who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, achieving natural results, and being part of a supportive, collaborative team.</p><p>

Has experience with aesthetic laser treatments and medical-grade skincare</li><li>

What You'll Do</b></h3><ul><li>
Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans</li><li>
Deliver injectable and laser treatments within your scope of practice and training</li><li>
Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, and long-term maintenance</li><li>
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and photography</li><li>
Provide exceptional follow-up care and patient communication</li><li>
Collaborate closely with our team to deliver an outstanding patient experience</li><li>
Participate in ongoing education, training, and clinical mentorship</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Requirements:
<ul><li>Current, unrestricted Massachusetts Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner license</li><li>
Minimum <b>2 years of aesthetic experience</b> in a medical aesthetics</li><li>
Proficiency in cosmetic injectables, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers</li><li>
Experience with aesthetic laser treatments, skincare consultations, and treatment planning preferred</li><li>
Excellent consultation, communication, and patient education skills</li><li>
Strong attention to detail with exceptional documentation and organizational skills</li><li>
Professional, polished, and compassionate bedside manner</li><li>
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team</li><li>
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and patient safety</li><li>
Willingness to participate in ongoing education, training, and team meetings</li><li>
Full-time availability, 30+ hours per week including evenings and Saturdays</li></ul></div>
