JOB DESCRIPTION : PROJECT COORDINATOR Location: Tirur Employment Type: Full-time Department: Operations Department Company: Hap &amp; Hope Experience Required: 1&ndash;3 Years Salary Range: &#8377;20,000 &ndash; &#8377;25,000 per month Other Requirement: Willing to TravelPosition OverviewThe Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing activities related to new store openings and maintenance of existing Hap &amp; Hope stores. This role requires travel to store locations and vendor sites to ensure smooth execution of all project activities.Key Responsibilities1. New Store Openings<ul><li>Coordinate end-to-end activities for new store setup.</li><li>Conduct site visits for inspection and feasibility checks.</li><li>Liaise with architects, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.</li><li>Monitor construction/interior progress as per brand standards.</li><li>Track timelines, budgets, materials, and documentation.</li><li>Ensure utilities, licenses, and statutory requirements are completed.</li><li>Support store launch activities.</li></ul>2. Maintenance of Existing Stores<ul><li>Visit stores for regular inspections and maintenance checks.</li><li>Manage service vendors and technicians for timely repair works.</li><li>Maintain records of store maintenance issues and resolutions.</li><li>Oversee preventive maintenance and AMC schedules.</li></ul>3. Coordination &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Prepare project reports, timelines, and cost sheets.</li><li>Maintain vendor contracts, BOQs, drawings, and invoices.</li><li>Coordinate with Operations, HR, Purchase, and Finance teams.</li><li>Escalate issues and provide suitable solutions.</li></ul>4.
