With multiple outlets across Kerala, we are committed to innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction while continuously expanding our footprint.Job SummaryThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving goods, maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring proper storage, and timely dispatch of stock. This role supports smooth coordination with internal teams and ensures efficient and safe supply chain operations.Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming goods properly</li><li>Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time</li><li>Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies</li><li>Conduct stock counts, audits, and basic quality checks</li><li>Assist with loading and receiving of delivery vehicles</li><li>Prepare GRN, stock reports, and maintain documentation</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to meet daily targets</li><li>Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and SOP compliance</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma (preferred)</li><li>Basic knowledge of warehouse systems and inventory processes</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>0&ndash;1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory management</li><li>Retail or apparel industry experience is an added advantage</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Basic computer skills (Excel / ERP systems)</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with a disciplined work approach</li></ul>Apply now on hr@rnbfashion.in/+91 9995608496Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Tirur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
