Production Manager We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Production Manager to oversee and manage the complete production cycle at ROA Uniforms. The ideal candidate will ensure that all uniforms are produced efficiently, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of garment manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring smooth workflow from cutting to stitching, finishing, and delivery.</li><li>Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet order deadlines and customer requirements.</li><li>Manage production staff, including tailors, cutters, supervisors, and quality control teams.</li><li>Monitor production costs, optimize resource utilization, and reduce waste.</li><li>Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement corrective actions when required.</li><li>Collaborate with design, procurement, and sales teams to ensure accurate material planning and production forecasts.</li><li>Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements for higher efficiency.</li><li>Maintain production reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.</li><li>Enforce workplace safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized production environment.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience in garment manufacturing or uniform production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.</li><li>Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, fabric types, and garment construction.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in production planning and reporting tools.</li><li>Experience in the textile/uniform industry is a strong advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#65020;4,000.00 per month

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Experience in the textile or uniform manufacturing industry will be considered a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across assigned markets.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.</li><li>Promote the company&rsquo;s range of uniforms and customization services to meet customer needs.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.</li><li>Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in uniforms, textiles, or related industries.</li><li>Valid driving license (mandatory).</li><li>Arabic-speaking candidates preferred; English proficiency required.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client accounts.</li><li>Knowledge of the textile or garment industry is an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#65020;2,000.00 per month
