Job description:Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Manager to join our sales Team. This is a dual role involving both field sales and in-office customer engagement. You will play a key role in handling enquiries, scheduling site visits, and guiding clients through the property buying journey.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins</li><li>Schedule and conduct site visits with potential buyers</li><li>Present and explain project details, USPs, pricing, and offers</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients</li><li>Follow up regularly to convert leads into bookings</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for project updates and documentation</li><li>Maintain CRM and update daily sales activities</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>5-10 years of experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities</li><li>Willingness to travel across Bangalore for site visits</li><li>Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi preferred</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools</li></ul>Compensation:Fixed salary + performance-based incentives<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Bonus</li><li>Gratuity</li><li>Yearly Increments</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Real estate sales: 5-10years (Required)</li><li>sales role that involved site visits and client interaction</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
