We are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team. This role is onsite in our service and repair facility. Candidates should be comfortable working in a non-traditional office setting where the sounds and activities of the shop are part of the daily routine

Primary Job Duties*:<ul><li>
Greet customers and visitors with a warm, professional welcome</li><li>
Answer and route phone calls to the right department and/or team member</li><li>
Maintain a clean and inviting front desk and waiting area</li><li>
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries</li><li>
Assist other departments with tasks and projects as needed</li></ul>

<ul><li>Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role and experience using Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>
Dependable and reliable</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with others in a positive manner</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license, high school diploma (or equivalent), and ability to pass background, drug, and MVR checks
</li><li>Able to read, write, and communicate in English
