The PRO acts as the official liaison between the company and various government entities, ensuring smooth processing of documentation and protecting the company&rsquo;s legal standing.Responsibilities &amp; DutiesGovernment Relations &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Process applications, renewals, cancellations, and modifications of work permits, labor contracts, and residency visas.</li><li>Ensure all company documents (trade license, commercial registration, chamber of commerce, establishment cards, etc.) are valid and renewed on time.</li><li>Maintain compliance with the Ministry of Human Resources &amp; Emiratization (MOHRE), General Directorate of Residency &amp; Foreigners Affairs, and other government authorities.</li><li>Stay updated on UAE Labor Law, immigration regulations, and government policies to ensure company compliance.</li></ul>Employee Services<ul><li>Handle employee visa processing, Emirates ID, medical fitness test, health insurance, and other onboarding documentation.</li><li>Coordinate exit permits, visa cancellations, and final settlements for departing employees.</li><li>Provide support to employees in resolving official documentation issues with government entities.</li><li>Assist in attestation of documents, certificates, and contracts from relevant ministries and embassies.</li></ul>Administrative Support<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of all government-related transactions and ensure proper filing for audits.</li><li>Track deadlines and proactively initiate renewals of licenses, permits, and employee documents.</li><li>Prepare periodic reports for management regarding government transactions and compliance status.</li><li>Liaise with legal advisors for clarifications on company-related legal matters.</li></ul>Representation &amp; Liaison<ul><li>Represent the company at government departments, ministries, chambers of commerce, free zones, courts (if required), and embassies.</li><li>Establish and maintain positive relationships with government officials to facilitate smooth and efficient services.</li><li>Act as the company&rsquo;s spokesperson with official authorities when necessary.</li></ul>Education Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Certification or training in UAE labor law, immigration, or government relations is an advantage.</li></ul>Work Experience &amp; Skills<ul><li>0&ndash;5 years of proven experience as a PRO in the UAE, preferably in contracting or construction.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law, immigration rules, and government procedures.</li><li>Strong networking skills with established contacts in government departments.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (mandatory).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office applications for documentation and reporting.</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.</li></ul>Other Requirements<ul><li>All nationalities are welcome</li><li>High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.</li><li>Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple departments.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentJob Type: Full-time
