We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content Creator to join our team and help elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, including social media posts, blog articles, videos, graphics, and email campaigns, aligned with our brand voice and marketing goals.If you&rsquo;re passionate about storytelling, digital marketing trends, and creating content that drives engagement, we&rsquo;d love to meet you!Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, blog, website, email, etc.)</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas aligned with campaigns and seasonal trends</li><li>Write clear, compelling copy for social media captions, blog posts, video scripts, product descriptions, and more</li><li>Capture, edit, and produce videos and photos for social media and digital ads</li><li>Design graphics, infographics, and visual content using Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and brand consistency</li><li>Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest digital content trends, social media algorithms, and platform best practices</li><li>Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred but not required)</li><li>Photography or videography skills</li><li>2+ years of proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, Copywriter, or similar role</li><li>Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail</li><li>Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)</li><li>Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro)</li><li>Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and analytics</li><li>Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines</li></ul>Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):<ul><li>Experience with paid social media campaigns</li><li>Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)</li><li>Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your desired rate of pay?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Graphic design: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Social media marketing: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
