Key Objectives &amp; Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>
Develop marketing strategy and marketing functions at Roadway Moving</li>
<li>Design and deliver on KPI&rsquo;s across all marketing activities</li>
<li>Oversee the day-to-day marketing activities</li>
<li>Build a marketing team then drive through data-driven insights and results</li>
<li>Proactively impact inbound marketing efforts and generate leads</li>
<li>Define messaging, positioning and go-to-market strategy targeting specific segments</li>
<li>Create and deliver visionary and compelling customer-facing presentations, collateral, and product demonstrations used during the sales process</li>
<li>Collaborate with operational team around major/minor service initiatives, launches, ensuring effective and ongoing relevancy in the market to drive demand generation and sales pipeline</li>
<li>Partner with the sales team to distil key functionality and benefits into core marketing messages</li>
<li>Drive creation of thought leadership content, webinars, and webcasts to evangelize our message</li>
<li>Execute projects to improve SEO, and web design to build pipeline</li>
<li>Define and own the yearly digital marketing strategy &amp; goals and partner with all departments to execute the overall marketing plan</li>
<li>Manage internal team, external agencies and own the key digital growth initiatives</li>
<li>Manage and measure digital &amp; social channels (SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Social, Affiliates, Web, Email, etc.) and allocate budget for effective spend</li>
<li>Deliver KPI performance reporting (quarterly, yearly, ad-hoc) and understand how to optimize &amp; how they impact other marketing channels</li>
<li>Conceptualize, launch, and optimize campaigns across multiple online channels to meet/exceed set objectives</li>

Prior experience required:<ul>
<li>
10+ years of B2C/D2C marketing experience with a mid to large size company</li>
<li>Must have lead-generation marketing experience</li>
<li>Expert in digital media, paid ads, and lead generation</li>
<li>This candidate is a &quot;ahead of the curve&quot; with technology, innovation, AI, and has experience with new and upcoming marketing trends</li>
<li>Superb communication, presentation, and authentic storytelling skills</li>
<li>Ability to lead marketing, design, PR and communication teams to deliver on projects</li>
<li>Ability to craft compelling and succinct positioning, messaging, and differentiation</li>
<li>Strong cross-functional collaborator</li>
<li>Think strategically and analytically, then follow through to execution with unyielding attention to details</li>
<li>Results-oriented with a positive &ldquo;can-do&rdquo; attitude to get things done</li>
<li>Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to deal with ambiguity</li>
<li>Understanding of CRO and analytical tools (Google Analytics, Google Optimize, etc.)</li>
<li>Familiarity with a variety of digital platforms (email, databases, automation platforms, API&rsquo;s, Shopify (or other e-comm).</li></ul> 
Compensation: $200,000-$300,000 (base, multiple competitive bonus structures).<ul>
