You will manage data and processes for our customer-facing lead-to-cash lifecycle. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Experience and Marketing teams to optimize the revenue cycle, discovering opportunities, removing inefficiencies, and streamlining all revenue-generating operations. This position will report to the Global VP of Sales.</div>

<b>Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Driving strategic tooling, process &amp; revenue infrastructure improvements to enable the next phase of Roambee&rsquo;s growth</li>
<li>Improve ARR/MRR reporting by spearheading improvements to revenue reporting in Salesforce and ChurnZero.</li>
<li>Create a repeatable process for maintaining data quality of accounts in Salesforce and connected business systems</li>
<li>Build and operate a measurable customer view for customer lifecycle</li>
<li>Support the VP of Global Sales and other leaders with Weekly Forecasting, Monthly Reporting, Dashboards creation, and QBR process improvements</li>
<li>Spearhead Big deal program</li>
<li>Mature the quarterly sales commissions process</li>
<li>Working with finance to streamlining A/R collections and tightening revenue recovery processes</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b>Key Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>4+ years&rsquo; experience working in Sales / Revenue Operations with 2+ years as a Manager</li>
<li>2+ years&rsquo; experience at a product-led growth SaaS company</li>
<li>Advanced Salesforce Sales Cloud experience</li>
<li>Experience driving revenue operations initiatives spanning sales and customer success teams</li>
<li>Minimum of bachelor&rsquo;s degree, analytics-based field preferred</li>
<li>Huge attention to detail and ability to deliver clear and concise insights and recommendations</li>

<div></div><div>The <b>Inventory Control management</b> position at Roambee is a role to maintain a desired stock level of Roambee products or items. The desired level is a function of customer service requirements and the cost of inventory investment. The mission is to address the activities and techniques to best manage inventories.</div>
<div>The main responsibilities of this position include meeting inventory goals, managing tracking systems and acting as a liaison to other departments.</div>

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibility</b></h2>
<ul><li>Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures</li>
<li>Examine the levels of supplies to determine shortages</li>
<li>Document daily deliveries shipments and returns shipments to update inventory.</li>
<li>Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.</li>
<li>Evaluate new inventory to ensure it&rsquo;s ready for shipment.</li>
<li>Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.</li>
<li>Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.</li>
<li>Analyse different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals.</li>
<li>Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.</li>
<li>Verify and maintain RMA inventory</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Inventory Management or relevant field</li>
<li>Proven experience as inventory manager or similar position.</li>
<li>Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of inventory management software.</li>
<li>Critical thinking, Organizational and problem-solving skills.
</li><li>Must have excellent writing skills and experience in writing standard operating procedures and other related communications.</li>
<li>Strong excel and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Candidate should be multitasking.</li>
<li>Must be a team player and should be comfortable working across geographies with various team members.</li>
