Knowledge of Premiere Pro, Aftereffects, Final Cut Pro and Da Vinci ResolveRole OverviewAs a Video Editor at Roarr Media, you will be responsible for producing high-quality short-formvideo content &mdash; mainly Instagram Reels (60 seconds) &mdash; that reflect our creative and professionalstandards while helping clients build authority online.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Edit and deliver 2&ndash;3 videos per day, each up to 60 seconds in duration.</li><li>Every video must include relevant clips, required animations, transitions, and graphics, subtitles</li></ul>(accurate, synced, and styled as per brand guidelines), color correction and grading, andbackground music (brand-appropriate and copyright safe).<ul><li>Submit videos for internal review (Head of Editing / Project Manager). After in-house approval,</li></ul>share with the client for feedback and clearance. Implement revisions promptly before closing theproject.<ul><li>Follow Roarr Media brand guidelines (fonts, colors, style, formatting). Ensure correct resolution,</li></ul>aspect ratio, and platform optimization (Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Double-check sync, spelling,subtitle accuracy, and flow before delivery.<ul><li>Report directly to the Head of Editing. Coordinate with fellow editors, videographers, and creative</li></ul>strategists. Be a team player, contributing ideas and supporting during high-volume days.<ul><li>Any leave must be pre-planned and approved in advance. Ensure a backup plan for assigned</li></ul>client videos before taking leave. In emergencies, immediately inform the Head of Editing andProject Manager.<ul><li>Work timings are 11:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Maintain organized archives and</li></ul>backups for all projects. Accept feedback positively and implement revisions quickly.Performance Expectations<ul><li>Consistently deliver 2&ndash;3 complete 60-second videos daily with all required elements.</li><li>Ensure smooth coordination with internal team and clients.</li><li>Maintain Roarr Media&rsquo;s creative quality, punctuality, and professionalism.</li><li>Demonstrate accountability in workload, deadlines, and leave management.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
