Digital Marketing Specialist (Part-Time or Full-Time)Location: Cedar Park-Austin, TX (Hybrid/Remote options available) Type: Part-Time (with potential to grow into Full-Time)About the Role: We&rsquo;re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong technical marketing and campaign development skills. This role will begin part-time and can expand into a full-time position as responsibilities grow. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, optimizing web performance, and developing marketing assets across multiple platforms.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>***Build and manage campaigns across Google Search, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.</li><li>***Develop and maintain landing pages and marketing pages using the ModX framework (required).</li><li>Implement technical marketing tasks such as tracking setup, redirects, and conversion optimization.</li><li>Troubleshoot and enhance website functionality within ModX CMS.</li><li>Support SEO initiatives including on-page optimization, technical fixes, and content performance tracking.</li><li>Manage domain registry updates, redirects, and resolve Google Search Console issues.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to align digital strategy with business goals.</li><li>*HubSpot experience. (Campaign setup, forms, tracking and more)</li></ul>Preferred Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign analytics.</li><li>Strong understanding of technical SEO and website architecture.</li><li>Proficiency with ModX CMS (required).</li><li>Experience with domain management, 301 redirects, and tracking implementation.</li><li>Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and workflow setup.</li></ul>Compensation: Part-time hourly or contract to start, with potential for full-time transition and growth within the team.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Contract, TemporaryPay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hourExpected hours: 10 &ndash; 40 per weekWork Location: In person
