What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b></h3><ul><li>
Lead shifts and ensure smooth day-to-day operations</li><li>
Support and motivate team members during busy periods</li><li>
Delegate tasks and maintain accountability across the shift</li><li>
Step in as leader-on-duty when management is not on-site</li><li>
Help maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and product quality</li><li>

Previous leadership experience (shift lead, key holder, or similar role)</li><li>

Reliable, organized, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
