We are seeking a Biorepository Associate to join IQVIA Laboratories at Valencia, CA.Shift Time: Monday- Friday 8am-430pmIn this role, you will assist with routine activities related to biological specimen storage, preparing and completing outbound shipments. If you want to discover a career with greater purpose, join us as we transform and accelerate research and development.What you&rsquo;ll be doing:<ul><li>Ensure competency within the role and full understanding of processes.</li><li>Daily use and input of specimen data into Laboratory Information System,</li><li>Complete specimen storage and shipment coordination to third party labs</li><li>Assist, as needed, with packaging of outbound shipments following the established QC process</li><li>Maintain specimen integrity, inventory and audit history within LIMS</li><li>Respond to email correspondences and support LRMS ticket requests; raise IT tickets for system issues.</li><li>Upload shipment paperwork in the LIMS and archive physical paperwork monthly</li><li>Assist with equipment maintenance, supply inventory, and workstation cleanup while following safety procedures.</li></ul>What We Are Looking For:<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Basic computer skills and ability to maintain effective reporting procedures.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to work collaboratively.</li><li>Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.</li></ul>The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:<ul><li>Familiarity with specimen handling, QC processes, and data entry/LIMS systems.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot IT/system issues and follow SOPs accurately.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and time management in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Effective interpersonal skills and ability to maintain workflow under deadlines.</li></ul>What we offer you:We put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs.  Review and coordinate correspondence, memos, and communications, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organisational priorities.

 Track and follow up on key decisions and action items arising from executive meetings and strategic initiatives.
 
 </li>

 Maintain confidential records, documents, and information in line with organisational policies and procedures.
 
 </li>

 Assist in coordinating projects and initiatives across departments, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

 Support the management of office resources and budgets, ensuring effective use of available resources.
 
 </li>

 Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 A minimum of
 
 8-12 years of experience
 
 in office management, executive support, or senior administrative roles.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience supporting senior leadership or executive offices is highly desirable.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
