Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Robin Rents team! This position is high paced. We currently have 6 locations and the clerk we chose to hire will post invoices for all the locations. This position is Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.Responsibilities<ul><li>Printing emails from other stores</li><li>Printing invoices from vendors</li><li>Posting PO's in Quickbooks</li><li>Receiving invoices in Quickbooks</li><li>Printing and reconciling statements</li><li>Printing and mailing checks</li><li>Filing paid invoices</li><li>Counting the cash drawer for 1 location</li><li>Posting deposits for all locations</li><li>Candidate must be organized and motivated</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with vendors and fellow co-workers</li><li>Must be able to work in a high paced environment</li></ul>Pay: From $16.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
