 As we continue to expand our Power Platform capability, we&rsquo;re looking for a
 
 Senior PAD Developer
 
 to work alongside and augment our team on a contract basis.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Role
 
 
 
 As a contract Senior Power Automate Desktop Developer, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud Flows). You&rsquo;ll work closely with clients and our internal teams to understand business processes, identify automation opportunities, and deliver high-quality solutions that align with best practices.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design and develop automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead technical delivery across multiple projects, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply RPA best practices across solution design, exception handling, logging, and governance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal capability development.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of RPA principles and best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Blue Prism and/or UiPath is highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Power Apps, Dataverse, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
 </li>
