Robson Forensic is looking for a talented Human Resources Assistant like you to join our elite Business Staff in our Lancaster, PA office to handle various HR-related inquiries and tasks as well as non-traditional HR tasks that are unique to our firm&rsquo;s business.
This position is full-time and in-office (Mon-Fri) 
Not eligible for remote or hybrid working.
Description
<ul><li>You will support other members of the HR Department.</li>
<li>You will proofread and format documents.</li>
<li>You will keep updated SOPs for the department.</li>
<li>You will perform background checks.</li>
<li>You will craft CVs for our esteemed experts.</li>
<li>You will assist with travel arrangements.</li>
<li>You will assist with scheduling meetings and organizing company events.</li>
<li>You will assist with onboarding and offboarding.</li>
<li>You will organize, file, and assist with the maintenance of personnel materials.</li>
<li>You will conduct HR related and overall business-related research.</li>
<li>You will assist with various HR compliance reporting.</li>
<li>You will support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR Department.</li>
<li>You will answer phones.</li>
<li>You will perform other administrative duties as required.</li>
</ul>Requirements
<ul><li>Your bachelor&rsquo;s degree is preferred.</li>
<li>You have 4+ years of administrative experience and your prior HR experience is a plus.</li>
<li>You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).</li>
<li>You have strong attention to detail and can accomplish tasks with a high degree of accuracy.</li>
<li>You have excellent data entry, organizational, and file management skills.</li>
<li>You have excellent editing and proofreading skills and can draft accurate documents.</li>
<li>You can manage multiple deadlines, multitask, and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>You can work independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li>
<li>You are comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.</li>
<li>You have strong research skills and can quickly locate and compile relevant information.</li>
<li>You have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and the ability to drive.</li>
