HR Operations &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain employee records and manage time-off policies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.</li></ul>What We're Looking For (Qualifications)<ul><li>1+ year of experience in an HR Generalist or Manager role, ideally in a tech, startup, or digital agency environment.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.</li><li>Proven success managing end-to-end recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.</li><li>Experience with modern performance management systems and a strong belief in structured, data-informed feedback.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to be both empathetic and direct.</li><li>Highly proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving initiative.</li><li>Comfortable using modern HR and productivity tools like Zoho HR, Google Workspace, and internal documentation platforms.</li><li>Trusted to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.</li></ul>Why Join Robust Agency?You will have the opportunity to build the HR function and shape company culture from the ground up.
