We&rsquo;re looking for a Residential Electrical Apprentice to join our team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll work alongside experienced electricians to learn the trade while helping install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential remodel projects. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable skills, build your career, and be part of a supportive, family-oriented company.

You have a strong interest in learning the electrical trade</li><li>
Previous residential electrical experience or schooling is a plus, but not required</li><li>

You&rsquo;re reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious</li><li>
You can follow instructions and work well as part of a team</li><li>
You have dependable transportation to and from job sites</li><li>
You can pass a drug screen and background check</li></ul>
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>
Assisting electricians with installations, upgrades, and repairs on residential remodel projects</li><li>
Learning to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications</li><li>
Supporting crews with wiring, conduit, outlets, lighting, and panel installations</li><li>
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized jobsite</li><li>
Following all company safety protocols and industry standards</li><li>
