 As Regional Installation Specialist you will mainly operate within Kuwait and beyond, and will be accountable for the relocation and de-installation of legacy Serum Work Area (SWA) systems, and the installation of new generation platforms (cobas pro, cobas pure and cobas smart e) for existing customers, in order to achieve a high level of service excellence within the Middle East region. The Opportunity: 
As a Patient Safety Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance and oversight of thelocal PV systemfor the assignedaffiliate(s)/country(ies), to ensure an efficient and effective PV system that complies with global Roche and local legal/regulatory authority PV requirements, safeguarding our License to Operate. You will also Support the execution of Affiliate’s Patient Safety (APS) strategies, ensuring high-quality implementation of global and local safety solutions, while demonstrating leadership in ownership, collaboration, and decision-making within assigned responsibilities.
 
Your Responsibilities:PV System: 
<ul>
<li>Act as the Local QPPVDeputyin Saudi Arabia, and be responsible for the Execution of safety-related activities relevant to the PV (Pharmacovigilance) system through partnership with key stakeholders guaranteeing adherence to global Roche requirements and requirements mandated by the local Regulatory Authority.</li>
</ul>
Key areas of activities include the following in line with Roche standard operating procedures (where applicable):
 Individual Case Safety Reports, Signal Detection& Signal Management for Local Products, Aggregate safety reports, Pharmacovigilance Agreements (PVA, SDEAs), Risk Management and Safety Communication (e.g., Direct Healthcare Professional Communication, Risk Minimization Measures, emerging safety issues), Studies, Programs and other projects with PV implications, Safety Labeling and PV Commitments and (Local) Pharmacovigilance System Master File
 
<ul>
<li>Contribute to shaping country PV regulations and the broader country pharmacovigilance ecosystem asapplicable.</li>
</ul>
Local Safety Risk Management: 
<ul>
<li>Collaborate and support in the implementation of safety solutions and launch readiness activities to ensure that patient safety risk management needs are addressed for Roche portfolio in the country.</li>
<li>As applicable, support in Identifying and sharing safety insights by understanding disease areas and engaging with key stakeholders.</li>
<li>Support risk management and safety communication: Support the country-level risk management strategy to optimize patient outcomes in collaboration within relevant networks and ensure compliant and transparent PV communications (e.g., DHPCs) to relevant external stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
Who you are?
 
<ul>
<li>Degree in healthcare-related discipline (e.g., PharmD, Pharmacy. etc.).</li>
<li>Licensed pharmacist by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.</li>
<li>1-3 years experience in pharmacovigilance, ideally in an affiliate setting.</li>
<li>Understanding of decision-making in the local& global PV ecosystem.</li>
<li>Advantage: Experience in other affiliate medical functions (e.g., Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Medical Information) or global functions such as Clinical Safety.</li>
<li>A Saudi national is preferred</li>

The Clinical Development Lead, Oncology/Pathology is responsible for planning and implementation of Clinical Development activities for novel medical value diagnostic solutions in the areas of oncology and tissue-based pathology at Roche Diagnostic Solutions (RDS), with a primary focus on Companion diagnostic/Personalized Healthcare solutions.
 
The Opportunity:

<li>Designs scientifically sound clinical studies and study programs in cross-functional teams</li>
<li>Makes substantial contributions to the Clinical Development strategy for the relevant therapeutic/disease area(s)</li>
<li>Leads clinical study design and execution, including critical review of study results, protocol and report generation to support new product development</li>

Who You Are

<li>You have a medical degree or advanced degree (PhD, PharmD or equivalent) in Life Sciences, Oncology, Immunology, Molecular Biology and or Anatomic Pathology</li>
<li>You have 7+ years academic, diagnostics or pharma industry experience,</li>
<li>You have familiarity with global regulatory bodies (FDA, EMA, PMDA)</li>
<li>You have good knowledge in applicable standards and regulations (ICH-GCP, IVDD/IVDR, MDR, FDA, NMPA regulations etc.) and understanding of the healthcare industry or equivalent academic experience</li>
<li>You have in-depth knowledge of the multidisciplinary functions involved in a company’s drug development process, e.g., clinical operations, biostatistics, regulatory, commercial, etc. and can proactively integrate multiple perspectives into the clinical development process and strategy for best end-results</li>
<li>You have the ability to work with pharmaceutical partners to align the development of a diagnostic test with the development of a specific cancer drug</li>
<li>You have the ability to travel required up to 10% (can vary per project phase and position)</li>
<li>You have the ability to work independently</li>

The primary location for this position is Tucson, Arizona, USA (preferred). We will consider US remote candidates.

The expected salary range for this position is based on the primary location Tucson, AZ is 120,500-223,700. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance.
