As a Senior Sales &amp; Design consultant, you will be responsible for understanding clients&rsquo; needs to offer the best service while maximizing sales. Under the supervision of the store manager, the Senior Sales and Design Consultant will be the brand ambassador of our brand: from greeting and presenting the Roche Bobois collections, discovering clients&rsquo; needs, to closing orders and following up the purchase process with your clients. With the Assistance of our 3D Design Team, the ideal candidate will also offer our &quot;Interior Design&quot; service, use the corporate digital tools to interact with the client and work directly on both large residential and commercial&amp;nbs;projects.
Required Skills and Personal Attributes :
<ul><li>5+ years&rsquo; experience in Premium/ High End furniture sales.</li>
<li>Must be able to engage with an upscale client base and converse easily.</li>
<li>Must have the ability to build relationships and have passion for connecting with others.</li>
<li>Must be goal oriented and can balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication required.</li>
<li>High-end Attitude and presentation, Confident, Enthusiastic, Pro-active, ability to learn quickly.</li>
<li>PowerPoint working knowledge required.</li>
<li>AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, 20/20 or Sketch up are a plus.</li>

Roche Bobois offers also one of the largest range of products in the high-end furniture market with the best of new technologies &amp; materials together with fine craftsmanship from small European workshops.As a Sales &amp; Design consultant, you will be responsible for understanding clients&rsquo; needs in order to offer the best service while maximizing sales.Under the supervision of the Area manager, the Sales &amp; Design consultant will be the brand ambassador from greeting and presenting the Roche Bobois collections, to closing orders and following up the purchase process with your clients.The successful candidate will be driven to achieve sales in a high-end market and develop long-lasting relationship with its customer.Required Skills and Personal Attributes:<ul><li>5+ years&rsquo; experience in a retail sales environment in the furniture industry, able to engage easily with clients.</li><li>Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Attention to Details.</li><li>High-end Attitude and presentation, Confident, Passionate, Pro-active, Creative, Team player, Ability to learn quickly.</li><li>Ability to perform site visits and measure accurately.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Interior Design and space planning.</li><li>20/20 software knowledge is a plus.</li><li>French speaking a plus.</li><li>Interest in the Design Furniture &amp; Art industry.</li><li>Eligible to work in the US.</li><li>At least 2 years&rsquo; experience in furniture Showrooms.</li><li>Interior Design degree a plus.</li></ul>Work Schedule = 5 days a week with Saturdays being a working day.
