Cleaner/Grounds/Light Maintenance Technician</b><br>
</div><div><b>
Compensation: </b>$17 - $21/hour (based on experience) part-time 20 hours a week.<br>

<b>Property:</b> Crossroads.
<br>
<br>
Our Crossroads community is operated under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), within Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. This community is designated to facilitate the housing needs of low-income households and has 78 units.</div><div><br>
<b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Schedules, coordinates, monitors, and performs all outside grounds, inside and outside janitorial duties and light maintenance at designated site.</li><li>
Maintains the overall cleanliness, appearance and upkeep of the property, indoors and outdoors.</li><li>
Ensures thorough and proper cleaning of all common areas, taking pride in your craftsmanship.</li><li>
Demonstrates initiative and accountability in daily tasks.</li><li>
Performs snow removal and landscaping as required.</li><li>
Assists with light maintenance tasks, service requests, and minor repairs.</li><li>
Participates in On-call rotation (required).</li><li>
Regularly inspects the property to ensure cleanliness and curb appeal are maintained.</li><li>
Works professionally, respectfully and cooperatively with the team.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned and commits to promoting company culture, mission and values.</li></ul><div><br>
<b>
Essential Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>
3 years&rsquo; minimum experience related to grounds, janitorial, light maintenance and building systems required.</li><li>
Experience in property management is a plus!</li><li>
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver&rsquo;s license and ability to respond to required On-call.</li><li>
Required use of a personal cell phone (reimbursement included).</li></ul><div><br>
