Your Mission: As a Supported Employment Contract Manager, you are dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve meaningful, sustainable employment by providing vocational evaluation, training, and ongoing support. This role ensures that each client is matched with opportunities aligned to their skills, abilities, and goals while fostering successful workplace integration. At the same time, you are responsible for the oversight, compliance, and quality of all employment contracts&mdash;ensuring services are delivered to the highest standards, consumers are well-trained, and contractual obligations are met or exceeded. By balancing individualized client support with effective contract management, this role advances both personal rehabilitation outcomes and organizational success.

What You'll Do:<ul><li> Interview and evaluate disabled applicants and confer with medical and professional personnel to determine type and degree of disability, eligibility for service, and feasibility of vocational rehabilitation.</li></ul><ul><li> 
 Accept or recommend acceptance of suitable candidates.</li><li> Determine suitable job or business consistent with applicant's desires, aptitudes, and physical, mental, and emotional limitations.</li><li> Plan and arrange for applicant to study or train for job.</li><li> Organize and conduct support group and vocational groups as needed.</li><li> Endeavor to place individual in gainful employment after acquisition of marketable skills.</li><li> Resolve work related problems or difficulties, and assign individual to simpler tasks when worker cannot perform assigned duties.</li><li> Observe worker to ensure that work is performed according to prescribed methods and meets established standards.</li><li> Maintain working relationships with staff of other agencies and institutions, homes, facilities, and act as liaison between clients and agency/ institution.</li><li> Act as liaison between clients and their supervisor and co-workers.</li><li> Help clients understand mental illness and how it affects their health, lifestyles, and employment.</li><li> Assist applicant with personal adjustment throughout rehabilitation program.</li><li> Aid applicant in obtaining medical and social services during training.</li><li> Check work email at the beginning and end of each shift.</li><li> Responsible for the satisfaction of all contract services and ensure that all of the terms of the contract are completed.</li><li> Responsible for ensuring that the scope of the work as outlined in the contract agreement is completed within the scheduled contract terms.</li><li> Maintain monthly contact with all contract representatives to ensure the quality of all of the work completed is in compliance with contract standard.</li><li> Attend mandatory bi-weekly supervision appointments with supervisor to discuss contract schedules and targeted tasks for each working contract day.</li><li> In charge of the function and staffing of all contract crews as well as securing new contracts from Montgomery County.</li><li> Provide training to all contract employees as needed.</li><li> Use all contract equipment and contract materials appropriately.</li><li> Participate in and successfully complete all required trainings.</li><li> Other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div><div>

Must possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license with no more than 3 points and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.</li><li>
Must have proof of car insurance.</li><li>
High School Diploma (or equivalent) and a minimum of two (2) years&rsquo; experience working with adults diagnosed with varying intellectual disabilities and or developmental disabilities.</li><li>
Must be able to work individually as well as within a team. Must be able to multi-task.</li><li>
Must be able to work with &ldquo;high-risk&rdquo; consumers who have mental illnesses as well as development or intellectual disabilities as well as physical.</li><li>
